This is a 2 bed duplex apartment on the 4th floor.

The downstairs area is open plan with a kitchen area ,dining area and living area.Leading onto the balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs.
The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and bathroom, the 1st bedroom is twin bedded which also has a single fold up bed and the 2nd has a kingsize bed. Both have fitted wardrobes.
The apartment has air conditioning and is fitted with a safe. The position is south-west facing, over looking the complexs' 2 pools (it also has a kiddies pool area) and garden.
Access from the private garden straight onto the promenade and beach. The beach has facilities to hire speed boats, jet ski's, paddle boats, etc. There is also a kids area with bungee jumping and bouncy castles.
