€25.00 p.w supplement for additional foldaway bed or cot.

Rates include weekly linen and towel change, heating during the winter and electricity
Beach towels can be hired for €3.00 p/w payable locally
Durations of 8 nights to 13 nights are pro rated + 7th day linen and towel surcharge as follows

A deposit of €50.00 p.p. is required to secure a booking. We accept cash , account transfers, draft or cheque payments.
PLEASE NOTE
- The balance of the total holiday price must be paid no less than 9 weeks prior to departure or as stated on the confirmation/invoice. If payment is not received by such date we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and the client could be liable to pay cancellation charges and lose his/her deposit.
- After acceptance of the booking, a holiday may only be cancelled by sending written notification to us.
Where a booking is treated as cancelled under paragraph 2 of these conditions, the client will be liable to pay us cancellation charges in accordance at the higher of the following scale.
40%, when cancellation is 62-42 days before departure.
60%, when cancellation is 41-29 days before departure.
80%, when cancellation is 28-15 days before departure.
100%, when cancellation is 14 days or less before departure.
